After Care Procedures
When a property is deemed to be build complete each Careys new home will be quality checked by the site managers and sales advisors. Once the property is
passed as ready for occupation the customer is invited to a pre-occupation inspection and home tour to gain a full insight into the workings of their new home. On completion day our site and sales staff will be in attendance to ensure a smooth handover. Although every effort is made to ensure the property is completed to the highest standard we are aware that errors occur. It is Careys policy to deal with any outstanding issues as a matter of urgency and with the minimum disruption and inconvenience to the homeowner. Between the sales and customer care teams there is always someone on hand who will be there to assist in any matters that may arise and we continue to deal with any
construction defects for the first two years of occupation.
Homeowners are supplied with an on-line detailed homeowner pack which includes all warranties applicable to the property and instructions on all mechanical items supplied. All Careys new Homes come with a 10 year NHBC warranty to provide further peace of mind when buying your new home.
