Careys New Homes are dedicated to providing our customers with a quality new home and the very best possible service, making your buying experience our main priority. Our Customer Care team is responsible for dealing with any after sales issues which may occur.
After Care Procedures
When a property is deemed to be build complete each Careys new home will be quality checked by the site managers and sales advisors. Once the property is passed as ready for occupation the customer is invited to a pre-occupation inspection and home tour to gain a full insight into the workings of their new home. On completion day our site and sales staff will be in attendance to ensure a smooth handover.
Although every effort is made to ensure the new home is completed to the highest standard we are aware that errors occur. It is our policy to deal with any outstanding issues as a matter of urgency and with the minimum disruption and inconvenience to you. Between the sales and Customer Care team there is always someone on hand who will be there to assist in any matters that may arise. We continue to deal with any construction defects for the first two years of occupation.
Homeowners are supplied with an online detailed homeowner pack which includes all warranties applicable to their new home and instructions on all mechanical items supplied. All our new homes come with a 10 year NHBC warranty to provide further peace of mind when buying from us.
