The Grange was a site awarded to Careys new homes by English Partnerships, the Government sponsored agency responsible for the regeneration of many towns and cities across the UK. Consisting of 68 homes, The Grange offered 3, 4 and 5 bedroom family homes and 3 bedroom bungalows that achieved an ‘ECO homes’ rating of very good.
